INOX has dedicated for some years to the world of craft beer also with the help of experts. “IL MASTRO BIRRAIO” was born after several trials and it has received consents from users almost immediately. Some simple versions meet the private market , other models are destined to professional customers. Generally the machine is completely made of stainless steel AISI 304, but on request some parts are plated in copper and brass. There are two available versions: a steam line and an electrical line. With steam power we produce plants of 250 lt., 500 lt. and 1000 lt. Electrical power plants have a capacity range of 50 lt. , 150 lt. and 250 lt. The installation can be provided with fermentation, blending and storage tanks, as well as chiller and manual, semi automatic or automatic bottling.
